- Attention System 7.1 Users:
-
- Using Adobe Type Manager version 2.03 with System 7.1
-
-
- In System 7.1, all screen and printer fonts are stored in a folder
- named Fonts. If you have Adobe Type Manager 2.03 and the type you see
- on the screen is not displayed smoothly, you must move any PostScript
- printer (outline) fonts located in the Fonts folder to the Extensions
- folder.
-
-
- Installing System 7.1 over System 7.0
-
- When you install System 7.1 over System 7.0, most bitmapped and
- TrueType fonts are moved to the Fonts folder, with the exception of the
- Chicago, Geneva, and Monaco fonts, which remain in the System files.
- Any PostScript fonts located at the root level of the System folder or
- in the Extensions folder are not moved to the Fonts folder and can be
- located by ATM 2.03.
-
- When using ATM 2.03 with System 7.1, please use the following
- installation procedure to install additional PostScript fonts.
